A story of a blended family follows Liu Bi Yun and Jiang Tian Huai who became husband and wife in their second marriage. She works hard to enter university and relies on gaining knowledge to change her destiny. Jiang Sen married early in the countryside and his wife Wang Gai Feng habitually disagrees with her mother-in-law. The mother and father of the family pour their love and devotion to ensure that their children can grow happily. As they enter the old age, the two look back to the past with no regrets. To be born as their sons and daughters is a fortunate thing.
